Isaiah Ziersch
Paul, Composer
Isaiah is a composer, producer, part of the marketing team and a lead actor for “To the Church in Rome”.
At an early age, he discovered the passion that God gives to express beauty, joy, or pain through the arts – be it songwriting, performing, dancing, sketching, singing, etc. He won state-level theater competitions and grew up performing, but found that his passion was performing Kingdom ideas that healed souls and pulled others closer to Jesus.
His hope is that God uses this team to give people a fresh look at the beauty of the Word and the power of the Gospel. That they would be refreshed by the life of His Truth that can be so easily forgotten or lost when prayer or Bible have become part of “going through the motions”.
Eli Oliveri
Ya'akov, Composer, Vocal Arrangements
Eli is the tech supervisor, vocal composer, and actor for “To the Church in Rome”.
He grew up singing in church since he was very young. He has been performing all his life and has always wanted to do things that brings people lasting hope and joy. While in high school, he received honors in both choral and theatre settings; recognized by the Florida Vocal Association as one of the top vocal musicians in the state for 3 years in a row. Alongside this, he participated in his high school drama program and had to the chance to perform at the Straz performing arts center after graduating.
His hope is that people feel ministered to, loved, and encouraged; that one day Living Pages Theatre would be an outlet for many young artist – growing from just four friends.

Sarah Halsell
Carmina, Choreographer
Sarah was the design and social media supervisor, an actor and choreographer for “To the Church in Rome”.
She grew up dancing, singing, and acting. Beginning dance, music, and singing training at age 5. She grew up in a pre-professional, Christian, dance-theatre company. Her passion is to use the gifts God gives her to bring to life God’s beautiful word and grow the Kingdom of God.
Her prayer is that Living Pages and “To the Church in Rome” can be an encouragement to anyone who sees the show. She knows first hand how performing arts can open eyes to the word of God. How art can reveal God’s love.

Trip Leader, Professor, Representative of Living Pages with ACC
Professor Rachel Lee is a performing artist, mother, and teacher. This will be her third visit to Egypt, and the second with an incredible group of students from ACC. She and her family lived in Cairo from 2018 to fall of 2019 where she worked as a guest researcher at the American University in Cairo and volunteered for the Africa Teacher Training Network! with her dear friend Lori Lawson. She holds a seminary master’s degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and teaches for Aletheia Christian College while homeschooling her two children and working throughout North Carolina and the East Coast as a specialized patient advocate for others who share her unique health disorder. Rachel once hoped to live full time in North Africa and the Middle East and is deeply blessed to be able to return next spring even for just a short time.
Nathanael Davis
Trip Leader, CFO of Aletheia Christian College
Nathanael Davis is CFO of Aletheia Christian College, small business entrepreneur, and loving father. Nathanael is eagerly looking forward to returning to Egypt with his family and the ACC students next spring, a place where he lived and worked for a year from 2018 to 2019, teaching business classes and mentoring and learning from other incredible North African entrepreneurs. Hi! I’m Hadassah Jacobsen. I’m a homeschool graduate and have been studying the Old Testament, Biblical Hebrew and the Ancient Near East through Aletheia Christian College. I’m hoping to continue doing so and to know Him more through this amazing culture as I learn how to connect with others and to allow Him to use me. This trip will definitely bring me out of my comfort zone quite a bit but I trust that is what He wants to show me that I can do!

I am so excited to be joining Aletheia Christian College on their Cultural Heritage trip to Egypt! I have been studying somatic exegesis of biblical text as well as ancient Hebrew with ACC. I have a passion to bring scripture to life with theatrical arts, and to empower the next generation to do the same. I have previously served communities overseas in Southeast Asia; Latin America, and Europe.
Nancy Tacza
Teachers Assistant
Hi, I am Nancy Tacza! I am a graduate of ACC with a major in Education and certificate in the One-Room School Method. I have a passion to teach and disciple youth. I am a teacher for a school, youth group, and Sunday school in Jerome, Idaho. The Lord brought me to ACC and it has prepared me to pursue what I love. I hope for God to use me during our trip to Egypt in whatever way He sees fit. I am excited to learn about this culture, and excited to be with the people and youth. I have taken several biblical classes that have taught me on the Ancient Near East, and I am very excited to learn more during this trip!

Alongside Living Pages Theatre, I have been a student with Aletheia Christian College for the past year. Studying Bliblical Hebrew, Old Testament Survey, and the Culture of the Ancient Near East. It has been eye opening to learn how to study God’s words using original language, opening doors for new beautiful worship. I have traveled many places over the past years, but I am beyond excited to travel to Egypt to learn the culture and share in joy with those we meet there.
Leo Tacza

I am so excited to have Living Pages Theatre join the ACC Egypt team in their trip to Egypt! I have been taking courses at ACC for a number of years which included Biblical Hebrew, OT Survey, ethics, and apologetics. My life has forever been changed by the education and ministry that ACC has provided. In recent years, I’ve been enjoying teaching Biblical Hebrew online through what I’ve learned at ACC. They have been extremely supportive in the vision I have bringing Kingdom themes to life through theatre.
